I've had a minor, yet persistent issue in my F-250 since it was new - a slight knocking in the steering wheel during turns. For the last couple years, I'd pretty much given up hope that it could be fixed. Alex and the guys at Grieco service department resolved it and it's like I'm driving a new truck. I would like to give them more stars but I was not happy after the sale. My son asked me to help him buy a truck that he found online. We met with Joel and he showed us the truck and we drove it. We sat down to work out the numbers and we were OK with them. When it came time to sign the finance docs, I had stepped out of the room and my son was there signing. We were told we would get $13,800 for our trade and on the finance docs they changed it to $13,000. I had tried to contact Joel and the manager there named Louis. I tried to call them 4 or 5 times and kept getting their voicemail. No call backs what so ever. I have a feeling they knew they were cutting us short. The truck is nice but after the sale communication is not good at all. What if I was to call to tell them that I have someone that wants to buy a car from them? I feel they are not picking up my phone becuase they know what they did. Will they make it right? Don't know.
