Scheduled oil change (The Works) identified old and tired brake fluid, from the multipointinspection. Which the service advisor Mike Baldwin, made me aware of short after my truck went into the shop. Upon authorization the replacing of such, Mike immediately notified the shop. They wasted no time replacing the fluid while the tuck was being worked on.

I've had a minor, yet persistent issue in my F-250 since it was new - a slight knocking in the steering wheel during turns. For the last couple years, I'd pretty much given up hope that it could be fixed. Alex and the guys at Grieco service department resolved it and it's like I'm driving a new truck. The work was completed very quickly, and everything was covered under warranty. Couldn't be happier.

Last March I purchase a maintenance plan for my suv, yet I recently found out that this vehicle already has a service plan under manufacturer that overlaps the service purchased. I had left several messages and spoken to receptionist that had transfered me to Sales manager and Finance Manager, but neither manager has taken my calls nor returned my messages. What a difference from the time that I was buying the car; that I received sales calls morning and evening... Watch what you buy before signing for it and not being able to cancel as promised

First service visit on my brand new 2025 Ford F-250 Super Duty Lariat FX4. Service advisor was professional and the service itself was fine. However, I was surprised to learn at checkout that this dealership does not accept American Express, despite already charging a 3% fee for credit card use. That makes this appear to be a corporate policy choice, not a processing cost issue. For a major Ford dealership serving customers purchasing and maintaining Ford vehicles, limiting payment options this way is disappointing. Thankfully, customers have choices, and my future service and warranty work will be handled at another Ford dealership.
Great selection of cars. Justin and Eduardo were great help and patient throughout the process. They explained everything and i left extremely happy with my new car! I had a small unfortunate accident just less than a month of having my new vehicle & these two gentlemen (Eduardo & Justin) gave me suggestions on using the ford app for a tow and Lisa from the service department is also very nice.
