PLEASE DO NOT BUY any vehicle from this dealership as they do not give a F*** about you or the vehicle that you drive, bought a used Ford transit awhile back from the idiots and van did not have a jack or tire key - had van towed and they REFUSED me to buy a new tire and fix the problem. My husband and I in our 60's were forced to leave and find the tools to go back and change the tire ourselves, would you do this to your mother?

My experience with Grieco Ford in Ft. Lauderdale was a catastrophic failure. Despite explicitly rejecting and calling out additional warranties during the finance process, the Finance Manager deceitfully added nearly $10,000 worth of unnecessary service and maintenance charges to the agreement.
To make matters worse, I spent over a week requesting the signed documents, only to discover this blatant manipulation. This level of dishonesty and lack of transparency is unacceptable. Finance Department has no integrity at all. We had a great experience with the salesman, Justin, selecting a new 2024 Ford Expedition for my husband’s 50th birthday - highly recommend him. But - the finance department pulled a bait and switch move with the contract. Do not esign documents at this dealership! They will not match your hard copy documents. It is disappointing to go to a “reputable” dealership and be taken advantage of and ruin what was an exiting purchase for us.

Service Department is good. However Jeff Issiner makes it outstanding. My car had a repeated trouble, Jeff took the responsibility upon himself and wasn't satisfied until my wife and I was. Job well done.

The Service Team at Grieco Ford Fort Lauderdale is horrific. I took my vehicle there for a tire rotation and oil change and was told I need a brake job. They neglected to tighten the lug nuts and also forgot to put the brake fluid cap back on. I called the Service Manager and was told “sorry.” Avoid at all costs.

Brought my car in for a brake job. They did unnecessary work, left a part off and improperly installed two brake calipers. Six months later, I had to do the brakes again due to uneven wear. Nothing but disrespect from the service manager, David Brownell. Stay away!

Hands down the worst car-buying experience in my lifetime.
To begin, in August of 2022 we purchased a 2019 Expedition from Greico Ford with just over 20k miles and turned in a 2020 Chrysler Pacifica van with around the same mileage. Knowing the car only had 20k miles we decided to purchase the extended warranty, gap insurance and all the other bells and whistles. I have owned numerous Ford trucks, and I needed to buy new key fobs for my current vehicle. This dealer sold me two fobs and said I needed to make an appointment to get them programmed. I have a '14 Lincoln MKS with a 3 yr 36K Platinum ESP plan. I had it towed to this dealership with a blown engine on Jan 4th. It had already been diagnosed with that condition. have brought my brand new car in 3 times now for the same issue. The first two times they fixed different things, the third time they told me since there were no lights and the computer didn't tell them something was wrong that nothing was wrong. 5 minutes driving the thing would say otherwise, so I'm just assuming they didn't even get behind the wheel.

BEWARE! They force everyone to buy interior and exterior protection plans from Zurich, however after they have your money and have promised you protection from Zurich you better check to make sure that insurance is in place! They cancelled our contract with Zurich and kept the money! We had to get the FL Department of Financial Services (department of inusrance) involved and then Grieco cut a check to our finance company after they were caught red-handed!

Arrived early for a service call (oil change). The service people said that was fine, but later the woman in service (init.: ER) badgered me by complaining that I messed up the service department's schedule by coming early. VERY RUDE PEOPLE AT GRIECO FORD SERVICE!

Integrity - something that is sadly lacking at this dealership. You work hard to build a reputation but it only takes minutes to destroy it. Sometimes it is destroyed from within and the person causing the damage is no longer there but the damage remains and the lack of action on your part, to address the issue with the customer, means you are in agreement; making the damage that much worse. Horrible dealership, they did me dirty and are know for this. From the general manger all down to the deceitful sales people like Marcel and the worst ever Cole. Above them all is the niece of owner of owner who tried paying me off in Pennie’s on tbe dollar of what Im owed/promised. When I told her that I was not settling for less she used the worst language I’ve heard. That was also on speaker phone in front of my daughter. She would be ashamed with her potty mouth.

When I bought my F-150 in 2019, I paid extra for a warrantee on my tires. After I got a flat, the dealership claimed they had no records of the tire warrantee. I hear from others it is a common practice to say they have no records. I’m going to find my paperwork eventually and get my tire replaced, but this is really annoying.

Very happy with my new vehicle purchased especially with the great assistance provided by Don LeMay. The Grieco service area for customers has a feeling of not wanting to have customers to have a good experience feeling while waiting for their cars. Other than that the service advisors and all are very good. No washing area for cars, questionable. To have customers go to another place to have car wash well I leave that alone. Otherwise a good service to us.

A few weeks ago I sent my Mustang to regular service with brake problems since the beginning (when I bought the car). After 3 different dealers and almost 15k miles, Grieco found the issue and said it was not covered by warranty. After a friendly conversation, Grieco agreed the problem was under warranty and fixed it and I and my family appreciate their good attitude.
