Alex did very well in helping me effectively and in resolving my issue with the Ford F150.
I could tell off the bat that Alex was good at his job. I started out frustrated due to a differential oil leak. It had not been the first time dealing with that with Ford, on a low mileage vehicle. Alex diagnosed and quickly got me set up for a pinion seal changeout, as well as saving me on most of the cost, as the vehicle had just recently ran out of Warranty.

Recently I had my 2024 E450 Class C motorhome serviced at Grieco for an oil change for an upcoming trip. When I called they were able to schedule me right away, my service advisor was Jacqueline and she was great! She kept me updated as to the service and also made sure my motorhome was ready for an upcoming trip. Nice to have that peace of mind! The battery replacement and oil change were done quickly and without any hassle. Paul was wonderful! Went above and beyond I think an advisor should do. Even applying my loyalty points to reduce my bill. There was a mishap with some damage to van going on the lift. I was going to make a big deal because the metal damage was underneath van but just want you guys to fix the fender that needed some clips. Grieco has been servicing my car for several years now and they are fantastic. Paul, my service advisor, is communicative, easy to work with and not pushy at all. I have had several services lately and each one was completed within the stated time frame. I have also bought a vehicle from Grieco in the past and would definitely purchase from them again.
My service advisor Lisa O.is wonderful. She always takes great care of me, scheduling an appointment, taking care of my vehicles. With my recent vehicle service. Replacing my transmission electric pump. Endurance took care of that, but it was Lisa, who did all the the work to get endurance to approve my warranty claim. Everyone I deal with at greco.Ford.has been great. But lisa O is such a valuable asset for me and Greico Ford.

I have been to this Ford location to buy trucks and have them serviced since before it became Grieco Ford. Long-term customer. Overall, I am giving them three stars since I haven't had a problem in the past 30 years of being a customer. However, last time I brought my car in for service, when I left, I immediately noticed a rattling noise that was unusual. I had just had my brakes and rotors changed.

The experience with Ford continues to get better with every visit. I love the fact that I don’t have to sit and wait on my car anymore that you have Uber take us home and pick us up to come back and get the car. This is definitely a step above. I also was very happy with the video of the Maintenance being done. It is truly a great experience these days to get serviced at Ford.
I have to start by saying I am always skeptical of dealerships when it comes to service. Grieco Ford and Raz in Service completely changed that for me. Transparent and honest right from the jump.
